Processing and production
Most Ninja POD orders are typically produced and dispatched in approximately 2–4 business days after the fulfillment partner receives and accepts the order for production. This is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Production time does not include the time a shipping carrier takes to deliver a package. Certain garments, stock shortages, higher order volume and holiday periods can take longer.
Shipping destinations and current rates
The available destinations and actual total will be displayed during checkout. For eligible Ninja POD products, our store currently has these flat-rate options:
- Contiguous United States: $7.95.
- Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: $13.99.
Shipping methods may not be available for all addresses. Any taxes and shipping charges are shown before you place the order. Checkout is the final source for the rates applicable to your purchase.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is normally sent after a package ships. The carrier may need approximately 1–3 business days to activate tracking updates. Orders containing more than one item may arrive separately.
Address changes, delays, and missing packages
Please verify your address before ordering. If you need to correct it, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible after production or dispatch.
For delayed, lost, damaged or incomplete shipments, email bigcountrybowling@gmail.com with the order number. We will investigate with the shipping and fulfillment providers and determine the proper remedy. If we cannot ship within the required timeframe, we will provide notice and offer consent to a delay or cancellation and a prompt refund when required by applicable law.
