Big Country Bowling (“we”, “us” and “our”) operates this website and offers bowling-inspired merchandise. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our posted policies, subject to any applicable consumer rights.

Products and pricing

Our products may be printed and made to order. Please check garment details, sizes, selected colors, quantities and addresses before checkout. Product colors may appear different on individual screens. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.

Orders and payments

Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment if payment fails, a product or blank is unavailable, or an order is suspected to be fraudulent. If we are unable to fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by applicable law.

Shipping, changes and returns

Products are made to order, so voluntary changes and cancellations may become unavailable once production begins. See our Shipping Information and Returns & Refunds for details. Those pages explain typical production times and how we resolve defective, damaged and incorrectly supplied orders. Nothing in these terms waives non-excludable consumer protections or rights concerning shipment delays.

Do not interfere with operation of this website, use it fraudulently or commercially reproduce its original text, graphics or designs without permission. Any third-party trademarks or brands remain the property of their respective owners.
